Cm8ply Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Platform Rules for All Malaysia Members

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and cm8ply ("Platform", "We", or "cm8ply"). These Terms govern your use of all services, games, content, and features available through the cm8ply platform, accessible at cm8ply.click.

By registering an account, accessing, or using the cm8ply platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to register for or use cm8ply's services.

If there is reason to suspect that a member is underage, cm8ply reserves the right to request proof of age and suspend the account pending verification.
• True Identity: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are required to use your real name, an active Malaysian phone number, and valid details. Registration using a false identity or fabricated information is strictly prohibited.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active cm8ply account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or devices — is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Account: A cm8ply account is for the personal use of the account holder only. You may not transfer, lend, sell, or give access to your account to any other party.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your cm8ply account. This includes keeping your username and password confidential and ensuring that no other party can access your account.

• Password: Use a strong, unique password for your cm8ply account. Do not reuse passwords from other accounts. Change your password regularly to keep your account secure.
• Activity Responsibility: All activity that occurs within your account – including betting, deposits, and withdrawals – is entirely your responsibility, regardless of whether the activity was carried out by you or by another party you have authorised to access your account.
• Prompt Reporting: If you become aware of or suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the cm8ply support team immediately via live chat or email at support@cm8ply.click.
• Latest Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information in your account remains current and accurate at all times, particularly payment details and the phone number used for verification.

Cm8ply is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the cm8ply platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). cm8ply does not accept foreign currencies and does not charge any currency conversion fees. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the designated payment methods.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Minimum Deposit: RM 30 per deposit transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the bank's operating hours.
• Withdrawal Fee: cm8ply does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond cm8ply's control.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your most recent deposit or a method already registered to your account. cm8ply reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to unregistered accounts or wallets.
• Identity Verification: cm8ply reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large or first-time withdrawals. This is a security measure to protect our members.

Cm8ply offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the promotion concerned:

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus received must meet the specified wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. • Final Decision: The outcome of all games as recorded by the cm8ply system is final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the cm8ply team will review the system logs and our decision shall be final and binding.
• Technical Disruption: If a game or bet is interrupted due to a technical issue on cm8ply's end, the bet will be voided and the wagered amount refunded to the account balance. Any disruption caused by the member's own internet connection or device is the member's responsibility.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cm8ply platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, along with confiscation of account balance:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, or exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Software: Use of bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software designed to automate gameplay or wagering without human involvement.
• Money Laundering: Using the cm8ply platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's information or a false identity, or impersonating any individual or entity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using methods specifically designed to manipulate or abuse the cm8ply bonus system, including but not limited to hedge betting across multiple accounts.
• Intentional Technical Interference: Any action designed to disrupt the normal operation of the cm8ply platform or our server systems.

Cm8ply reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection or confirmation of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary suspension requests by the member themselves for responsible gaming reasons.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no activity of any kind.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of the Terms, cm8ply reserves the right to confiscate all balances in that account, including any pending withdrawals. If termination occurs for other reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the cm8ply support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within 3 to 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. The official language of these Terms is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and any translation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

Cm8ply reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a different effective date is specified.

Members will be notified of significant amendments via in-account notifications, registered email, or platform announcements. It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
